So how's this one for stupid. I'm actually stealing it from a friend of mine; and no she isn't the stupid one...
My very pregnant friend decided she wanted a milk shake. So thinking the best place to satisfy her craving for a creamy, calorie high beverage was McDonalds... she headed there after work. She placed her order at the talk box and drove up to the first window. There she handed the employee a $20 bill. As she waited for her babies craving to be met by the staff of the red headed clown the manager comes running to the window. At this point no change has been given back. The manager opens the window and says "Sorry ma'am the ice cream machine is broken. Here's your money back." Do you know what happens then?!?
The manager gives her back the money. But instead for returning the $20 bill she had just surrendered for her beverage... he hands her change. That's right CHANGE! He gave her three $5 bills, some ones and quarters, nickles and pennies. Really.... What the hell happend to the single $20 bill? The manager hands her the money and closes the window. Too stunned and tired to fight it my friend just made sure there was $20 there and pulled out of the drive up.
Not to worry, she went to Jack in the Box and got that baby the fix it needed.
Stupid huh?
